Shooting Day 2

Today was our second day of shoot and the final day for the girl's solo shots. All the shots were taken with Nikon D7100 at 1920x1080 at 60FPS because during the editing the shots would be run in slow motion. During the golden hour shots the ISO was between 100-200 however we used different variations of the shutter speed which were between 1/50 to 1/250 in order to make the sunlight more prominent and not too bright. Moreover, after the golden hour as the sun had almost set and the path we chose for the girl to walk had trees at all sides we kept the shutter speed at 1/50 but increased the ISO to 800 to get the desired look of the shots.

In today's shoot my main focus was to take advantage of the golden hour and make the girl stand opposite to the sunlight where the sun worked as a back-light. Here I zoomed in and took mid shots of the girl turning around. The purpose behind this was to create a glow or a rim of light around the girl, however our background was not dark and it was sunset time but we did this in order to create a dramatic effect and to highlight our character with the softer reddish light of the golden hour.
Another shot I took against the sunlight was a long shot of the girl from behind where she is seen both running and walking. This was to show how eager his happiness is to find him which means that deep inside the heart of the boy he really wants to be happy but his depression is overpowering him. But soon he will overcome it and find his happiness.
After the golden hour I took wide angled long shots of the girl walking on the path in the picture and the one behind me to my left side looking for he boy.
